Last day for new spring 2022 students to confirm, enroll dependents, or submit a request for a waiver (domestic students only) or exception (international students) from the columbia student health insurance plan. Lavender Graduation Celebration (Lgbtqia+ Community):
Those invited to participate in the commencement ceremony include students from every columbia school, college, and affiliate institution who graduated in october 2021 and february 2022, and eligible degree candidates from april, may, and june of 2022. Per the schedules listed on columbia university’s site, none of the scheduled multicultural graduation ceremonies for the nyc school run simultaneously with columbia’s main graduation, which is hosted april 30th at 10:30 a.m. A commencement ceremony for all eligible april, may, and june 2022 degree candidates, and february 2022 and october 2021 graduates, from all schools and colleges affiliated with columbia university, as well as family and friends.
University Commencement Will Take Place On Wednesday, May 18, 2022 At 10:30 A.m.
School of the arts 4:00 p.m. Columbia college and columbia engineering class days to be determined. Columbia university will be hosting one ceremony for the 2021 graduating class despite reports that it'd be hosting a variety of different ones separating students by race, gender, and ethnicity.
